Are these good replacements for my zombie deck?

I am trying to down my black spells and up my blue so I decided that shapeshifters and mill was the way to go.

Richtofen's accidents is the deck. The

replacements are:

(Take out)

2x Tragic Slip , 1x Essence Harvest , 1xButcher Ghoul , 1x Cancel , 1x Unsummon , 1x Primal Plasma

(Add in)

1x Index , 1x Thought Scour , 1x Dreadwaters , 1x Shriekgeist , 1x Rewind (that is why I said 1x cancel), 1x Dream Twist , 1x Rotcrown Ghoul

I also have the following extra blue mill cards:

3x Dreadwaters , 1x Stern Mentor , 1x Vedalken Entrancer , 1x Curse of the Bloody Tome , 1x card:Jace's Erasure
