Artifact Lands - Legal or Not?

Ok so I've been out hunting for Ancient Den and Vault of Whispers to run along with Enlightened Tutor in this deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/angels-and-vampires/) so that I can search a mana if I'm getting skrewed.

However in my hunt I've been getting mixed messages. Several have said that they are banned in all formats while other sources like Gatherer say that they are legal in other than Mirrodin Block.

So what's the official ruling here?

Yes they are legal. The gatherer is the correct source to use as it is run by wizards. The artifact lands are only banned in block format.
