ATM Fees - UW Control Modern Format

Looking for some suggestions to make my UW Control more competitive.

I use the Spelltithe Enforcer, Chancellor of the Annex, Grand Arbiter, etc to suppress my opponents mana pool and drive the costs of their spells up.

So far I'm 50/50 and would like to get more competitive even if it's just a fun deck..
