Attempting to become a better deck builder
Deck Help forum

I go through this site nearly everyday and I know many of the cards and combos that people use for standard and modern. EDH decks are a bit more difficult for me but I will still do my best to help with them. I would like to try to get a better understanding of why and how people use their cards so I would like to ask a favor for anybody who would like to participate. If you would like to, then post a comment either on this post, or on my profile page, with a link to your deck that you would like to see improved. I will look at your deck and try to give the best advice that I can give using my personal knowledge, other decks on the site, and various research tools. The next part is important to me. From there I would like you to tell me if you found my suggestions useful or not and why you think that. I think that it will help me get a better understanding of what people look for and I personally enjoy looking at other peoples' decks. =] I will repost this thread about once a month but I am available to check out decks when ever anybody asks.

If you want a challenge, Dominus - Dreamcrusher Edition (EDH). The deck list is pretty tight as it is, so suggestions are hard to think of, even for me.

I remember trying to do this last time I posted the thread. I sat there for hours and looked through thousands of cards, combos, and decks and literally couldn't find anything that was worth a comment on that deck. It is ridiculously solid and I wouldn't change a thing on it.

thanks alot Leaf-steel, and user:MR%20H3AT, your help has been appreciated
user:MR%20H3AT: I could tell by your post that you actually took time to look at my deck and see what it needed. I can also see how you also have experience piloting a simalar deck, and that shows. your suggestion was well thought of and pleasantly put

You don't only have to pick one. I have lots of free time and don't mind looking at multiple decks at once. =]

Thanks for the tips. I'm a little weary about putting in too many more non-creature spells in my deck, as the detention spheres, bonds, and charms, already add just the right amount of SHTF top deck draws. But sphinx may be a good idea just for when someone board wipes me...i will consider this.
Thanks again!
