The deck is: Way of the Wizard

Yet another EDH abortion from yours truly, this deck is a mono-blue tribal Azami, Lady of Scrolls EDH deck focusing on hand superiority and combos.

As usual, I don't know what I'm doing and could use some help. Specifically, I'd like this deck to be successful in both single and multiplayer games at a competitive level while maintaining a budget of around $500 USD.
