I decided to challenge myself this time around and use the two colors I never really play with: White and Blue. I also decided to try and make a mill deck, another style of play that I don't have much experience with. For now this deck-in-the-making is just called deck:azorius-mill. I'm used to making creature heavy decks, so this is a challenge for myself, especially since i don't use W or U often.Trying to keep the creatures in mind, this deck is about stalling the opponent out until flyers can use Trepanation Blade to deliver the final blow or finally mill the opponent out. Any suggestions on Standard mill or basic Control deck tech would be appreciated.

Fog Bank is your friend. Combine that with some creature copy like Clone , Evil Twin , or Cackling Counterpart and you can have a lot of flying creatures that don't take damage. Also, don't forget about something like card:Vanguard's Shield, which let's you block extra creatures.
Mind Sculpt can be pretty devastating. 4 of those is almost half the deck. Get to play them all again and you can knock out 56 cards. But what would be even better would be Tamiyo, the Moon Sage 's ultimate where cards can go back to your hand instead of the graveyard. If you can get her out with that all you'd need is to make sure you keep your Fog Bank s around to block and just keep casting Mind Sculpt .
I played against a Turbo Fog deck at the last FNM and it was annoying as all Hell. Didn't want to attack because of all the don't take damage cards, but was too scared to not attack just in case he didn't actually have one in hand.
