Baby's First EDH Deck

Alright, folks. My first time. This deck is largely imperfect, but I'm looking for cards that match this whole theme of discarding, stealing things, and seducing stuff! The deck also has a real weakness in the early game. Possibly could use more board wipes.

I just finished it recently, and am open to all advice.
