Back in Black Mono-Black help needed

I would like to refine my Mono-Black deck Griselbrand's Dark Army. The main idea is to ramp into Griselbrand and use Mutilate for board wipes against aggro along with Vampire Nighthawk to stall them. Alternate ideas in this deck is using Disciple of Bolas on Desecration Demon and if necessary also on Griselbrand which would draw 7 and gain 7 instead of pay 7 life. Unless of course I have Heartless Summoning which would make him 6/6 instead. Any ideas and suggestions welcome. Help me make Mono-Black a force to be reckoned with again.
