Balancing my custom Duel Decks

Today I learned about the Noble* format for the first time, and the first thing I thought of were all my unused ninja and samurai cards from the kamigawa block.

So I got to work right away, and pumped out two noble decks, one based on blue Ninja, and one based on white Samurai, with the intention of using them as Duel Decks.

Now comes the hard part - balancing them. I want the decks to have about a 50/50 win/lose ratio. They are intended to only ever be played against each other, so nerfing something that is overpowered in one of the decks is not an issue.

What I know right now is I want the samurai deck to be more creature heavy, and I want to remove Mana Tithe from it. The challange is that I don't really want any non-samurai creatures in it, but I have already used all the samurai I own.

I also want to replace Walker of Secret Ways in my ninja deck. So far it hasn't been pulling it's weight compared to the other ninja, and I feel that my ninja deck shoud have less creatures than my samurai deck. That will leave a slot open for another uncommon, so perhaps another Shuriken or another Levitation ?
