Bant or Azorius?

I've been working for a couple months now on a Bant deck I call Angry Fog. After doing a bit of playtesting I'm finding myself at an impasse: I'm a long time fan of Turbo Fog and related builds, but I'm wondering if the deck would be bolstered by going in a more self-consciously U/W control angle, dropping the splash of green for some more cards like Terminus , for example. I'm finding that weenie aggro builds (zombies, vampires, etc.) pose real challenges for me. (Or do I simply need to run 4 Elite Inquisitor s in the sideboard?)

I looked at your list, and it looks like you're already fairly Bant control rather than fog. You also don't seem to have that much that benefits from the fog effects which wouldn't be better than other options. So I recommend dropping fog: no more Safe Passage or Terrifying Presence . That frees up six spots.
Next, you need to make a choice between midrange or real control. If you're going midrange, drop Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Jace, Architect of Thought . Add in some Garruks: Garruk, Primal Hunter or Garruk Relentless Flip to help multiply threats (especially Relentless, who can ping a blocker). Consider Thragtusk (I hate myself) and Angel of Serenity as well as keyrunes.
If you're going more control, keep the planeswalkers you've got and drop the Serra Angel s and Divine Reckoning s for a more traditional sweeper suite included Terminus and Supreme Verdict .

What is your win-con? Are you committed to anything?
UWx control is a great archetype that's probably got more competitive tools than fog. On the other hand, if there's something in fog you're wanting...
Bant control is a thing, too, which as they say can be made to include Thragtusk (unfortunately perhaps).
