Been gone for about 6 months. Ideas?

Here is my decklist of what I've taken to FNM for the past two weeks. I've been adding/removing cards to it since I came back and now I am at the point where I need some advice from people who have actually been playing against some sort of meta and know a little bit more about the other cards than I do. Thanks.
