Beginnings of a competitive FNM Deck.

Hi all.

I'm looking to build a deck that will be competitive at my local FNM. I built a R/G/W deck out of spare cards I had and am trying to make this a basis for a deck that will eventually be made competitive. I say eventually because I want it to stay budget for now. The deck is definitely rough, but I'm looking for suggestions as to what I should be looking to purchase to make this deck competitive.
