Best Type Of Standard American Control?

I currently run a U/W control deck but I want to switch to American Control. I have the shock lands for R/W/U already, which is why I'm switching to that and not to Esper. I've built a couple of decks and play tested them a bunch, but I want others opinions on which deck would to switch to.

Perfecting Azorius Control. is my current deck.

Regular American Control: No Creatures In America!

American Enchantment Control: Creatureless In Standard?

And the crazy one: When The Gates Attack

The decks only differ by 8-12 cards or so each, but they all play very differently and I'm not sure which would be most competitive for FNM. Any suggestions for any of the decks would be greatly appreciated as well!

I'm running a Burn type of RUW deck with Spark Trooper and burn spells (duh) since I can't afford all of the "big ones" like rev, elspeth, jace, or stormbreath.

Might give Crackling Perimeter a shot though.
