B/G Sacrifice help

I've got a casual deck I'm looking to build... And I think I need some help with it. I want to keep it in this theme. One of sacrifice, and unending return. I'll just post the deck list, I think any decent player can figure out what it's supposed to do.
Mostly I'm looking for a way to lower the mana curve, and fit in Grim Backwoods. Ideally I'd like to lose Savra, Queen of the Golgari without losing her huge advantage, as I hate using legendary creatures outside of EDH. But nothing I can find or think of has her abilities that fit into the deck. Grave Pact does, but that puts me way to deep in black, although it does pull me out of being so creature based. I'm just not sure.
In addition, I'd like even out the mana base. Really I'm open to suggestions here. But keep in mind this is for my X<35 league. We cant spend more than 35USD on the deck, if we were to build it buying every card at once.

new Demonic Taskmaster and you could use Jade Mage to create tokens to sacrifice

Demonic Taskmaster doesn't really fit. Creatures here, for the most part, have abilities of there own which aren't conducive to being forcibly sacrificed. And Jade Mage while great in conjunction with the demon, would require IMO to much restructuring to work, in this deck, although good deck idea.
I like the deck as it stands now. with these changes... Unfortunately... this puts it up to the sub 50 league, where it should still do well.
