B/G/W standard deck - draw/flicker - Need suggestions

I'm building a standard deck where the idea is to get max mana out there quickly and either draw to a big guy (using Genesis Wave ) or using the Jace, Memory Adept and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage together (with obvious help from Village Bell-Ringer and Cloudshift /Nephalia Smuggler together.
I haven't played the deck yet, but it seems a little slow still. Does anyone have any ideas to speed it up or make it more competitive? I don't want to just go and run a pre-made deck that "will always win." I'm not in it to win tournaments, I'm in it to have fun and at least win a few games (being dead last isn't fun).
Also, side board suggestions would be nice since I have no clue what I might be up against. I know that it doesn't help that I don't know what the people at my local shop play, but I've never done standard there.
Here is my deck: Draw/Flicker
I would be willing to add an extra Tamiyo, the Moon Sage . I may want to run Fiend Hunter instead of Nephalia Smuggler since I wouldn't need to activate the ability. I'm scared to add anything bigger like Restoration Angel since I already am just right on with mana and maybe even a little behind on mana (I tested a few "test games" up to 6th draw).
Is there anything I should be cutting for this deck, or any suggestions for good sideboard cards?

Kind of similar to a deck a friend of mine is playing. My suggestions are up Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
to two. Maybe add Venser, The sojouner and Gideon Jura
since Tamiyo and Gideon have a crazy amount of synergy. Add Fiend Hunter
as you can Cloudshift
him to exile two creatures and keep the first card you exiled permanently.
Perhaps even try Restoration Angel
since the angel will a good amount of synergy with the deck. I believe that people will see the Angel played in almost anything that plays white, and it will even define matches after turn four.
Anyway I know my changes are radical, but just my two cents.
