My local store is holding an mtg tournament with a 500$ cash payout for 1st place, 100$ for 2nd, 50$ for 3rd, and 25$ for 4th, as well as 3 m13 booster packs for 5th-8th place. The tournament is going to be a week after the release of m13. I made a g/w aggro deck to run and as of now after testing the deck proves to be very efficient. The only problem I am having is with the sideboard. I have never been very good at building sideboards and I don't want to go to a friend because I want to suprise everyone with an amazing deck that blows everyone out. If you would, take a look at the deck and give suggestions on the sideboard. Also any advice you would give on the mainboard is welcome as well!
The deck is here G/W Aggro (post m13)
Once M13 hits no one will know what a "best deck" will be, so it's near-impossible to sideboard properly as new decks will be made and existing archetypes will be modified. However people like to stick with what's familiar so prepare for Mage-Blade variations since it currently makes up half the meta.
I would suggest generic sideboard cards that you'll almost always find useful; like Revoke Existence , Ratchet Bomb , Oblivion Ring , and so on.

@demarge
there will be a top 8, then cut to top 4. That's how it always is at fnm so i don't see why they would change for this. As for deciding who is 3rd and 4th it would go by records of the two people that lost their 1st match in the top 4 and were kicked.

I meant who exactly will be 3rd place and who will be 4th place most placement setups put them as both 3rd.

Once they break to top 4 rankings will be given based on game records (note that it is not match records, this is due to people having the same records match wise). The 1st seed will play the 4th seed and the 2nd seed will play the 3rd seed. After those matches the two losers will be the 3rd and 4th place finishers. The exact order of which person is 3rd or 4th will come from their game records.
Demarge says... #2
wait... how are they going to determine who's 3rd and 4th?
