Bk/Gr/Bl Counter Manipulation

I am trying to build a standard deck mostly focused on farming counters with Lotleth Troll/Corpsejack Menace then manipulating those counters on to other creatures.
Ideally I'd like to swing with 2/3 creatures and be able to swap counters onto unblocked creatures or creatures that will proc effects (Fathom Mage for example). Also I'd like to run the Theros "ordeal" cards for the easy counter generation in addition.

What I can't figure out is how to whittle it down to focus purely on the counter manipulation, while also being able to do removal/counter/protection.

Bk/Gr/Bl Counter Manipulation.

For reference. Also for reference, Blue can be abbreviated as U, so you can use the first letters of the rest. This'd be BUG (Black/blUe/Green).

[ [deck: deck slug name] ] , remove spaces and insert the name of the deck, and thats how you link a deck. Dont feel bad, I was on this site for like 2 years before I learned how to link stuff, just learned a few months back.
