black or white manipulation?

are there any cards in black or white that can manipulate my hand? like put a card from my hand into my deck or make me discard to draw etc.? you know, what blues suposed to do lawl.
Chains of Mephistopheles did you just pick that out of you're head? gawd i had to check for spelling errors for that like 3 times... its interesting though <.< not sure if its what i need, but i dont know what i want yet lol...i kinda want a "SEMI SCRY" kinda effect..doesnt have to be the same but something that can rid me of horrible cards in my hand..or change my next draws...idk

i also kinda like Visions and i have a weird feeling Wall of Omens will end up being good...hmmmmm i like where this is going

Well, Black has a few interesting draw effects I think: Nihilistic Glee
, Chains of Mephistopheles
, etc. Of course, then there are the cards that are good for just drawing lots of cards, Phyrexian Arena
, Necropotence
, Null Profusion
and more.
White I'm a lot less sure about, it does have cards that do draw cards (e.g. Wall of Omens
, Armistice
) but not much hand manipulation to speak of that I can remember.
