Black/Red Rat Control

I've got a Standard legal black/red rat control deck Icky Mouse (BR)

The basic idea is to force discard and win with either Pack Rat or load on the damage with Shrieking Affliction .

I've had mild success throwing in a Blood Scrivener but I'm not sure what to take out. I'm hesitant about Sire Of Insanity due to his mana cost.

My biggest threat is aggro, specifically when bloodrush is involved. Any tips on how to counteract that?
