Blue 2 Drops

I'm building a mono blue budget delver tempo deck which can be found here: Phantasmal Aberration. I'm looking for some sort of 2 drop or really sweet one drop that would be suitable in this deck. The conditions are, besides being one or two mana, that it has to be budget, and must have power greater than 1 or a way to get more than one power, essentially it has to be relatively aggressive. I also don't really want to splash for anything. The deck says casual but i want to try and restrict it to modern because i just really wanted to run Ponder , and i want to be able to swap out as few cards as possible in order to convert it to modern legal. I already have a list of potentially suitable cards on the deck's maybeboard. Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

What i was saying is that the deck is casual because of Ponder . I don't think i really get the full use out of Phantasmal Image or Lord of the Unreal in this deck unless i add both of them, and phantasmal image is out of my price range anyway. Coralhelm Commander seems like it could be good though.

Just a note, Ponder isn't Modern legal.
That aside, if you're okay with using illusions, there is Phantasmal Image . Lord of the Unreal could be useful with your bears. Coralhelm Commander can level up and become up to a 4/4.
