Blue Braids Commander Help

I just finished my blue Braids commander but it seems as if it still could work better.Can you please help me to sort some cards out and put better ones in so it gets a better flow and is more competitive (I know there are 3 cards too much in this deck. I don't know which ones to take out and don't know what I could do better).

Please help me.

Thanks for the suggestions mafteechr.Can someone please suggest what to put out too and further thing I may put in, so it runs better?
