Blue Flicker Targets

Heya everyone, I'm looking for some Blue flickering Targets for The current Standard I'm already running Deadeye Navigator and I'm looking for a couple other blues I can run, I'm running a Red/white/blue Human flicker deck right now and I need some suggestions, thanks.
Snapcaster Mage if you can afford them. if not, Archaeomancer is the poor man's substitute lol. Mist Raven and Augur of Bolas are pretty good flicker targets as well

Well, I test-ran the deck against my friends last night, and I had a couple things I would be using proxied in, like a couple bi-colored lands and what-not, Although I am purchasing what I need this week. But aside from that the deck ran smoothly, I was flickering stuff like Kessig Malcontents to burn while continuously pumping up my Champion of the Parish Which I thought was fun, but what I couldn't help to notice is I didn't feel like I was running enough blue creatures to make blue worth running. I'm running 2 Elgaud Shieldmate and 3 Ghostly Flicker with a Deadeye Navigator . I just don't feel I'm getting hands with blue cards.

I do like the idea of Snapcaster Mage but would 4 be too many for what I currently have?

If it's the soulbound flicker deck your previous comments have mentioned I'd suggest focusing the deck to be more aggressive, streamlined, and not focused mostly on those two mechanics themselves.
