Blue Green Birthing Pod

I'd like to make a Blue Green Birthing Pod deck, but since I'm not super rich I don't want it to be cards which I have a low chance of getting grabs on. The main reason I want to do this though is because now I have a blue white infect deck, and with jace,-memory-adept, I am going to end up making a blue red mill deck, so I thought to myself, "Why not finish the cycle?" So help would be greatly appreciated on combos I could do, but still getting a good chance to end with a finisher in casual standard at least.

Gutter Grime is amazing with pod decks, and though it's on the expensive side, Skaab Ruinator can give birth to great 4-drops, ideally Solemn Simulacrum , but it's expensive, but Skinrender works well, too
