blue white help

Hey ive been wanting to make a blue and white deck for a while. I have some cards but i dont wanna buy the rest till im deadset on what to get. Im just gonna list all of the cards i am thinking of putting in the deck and hoping you guys could help me out. Keep in mind im not really willing to get more than 1 of a card if its $10 because i just dont have the money. Heres the cards im thinking of putting in and buying. I know theres a lot of different stuff but i cant really condense it or know how many i want of each copy. If i have x1 it means i only wanna buy 1 cuz of how much it costs. Thanks in advance.

You are not supposed to list things here. Make a deck in the deck builder, and link that. It is much easier to help out when people do it that way.
