Blue/Black Flicker for Modern - please suggest!

Had a few cards lying around and wanted to see if I could use the flicker ability to create something that might work in modern.

Please be nice on me, this was an idea late last night, and I wanted to try and do something with Oona and incorporate her and my fairie cards.
