Blue+Black Mill deck (Begginer)

Hello!I used to play MTG years ago and now I'm getting back into it. But since I was out of it for sooo long and it's like my first deck that I built by myself. Blue+Black Mill deck (Begginer) I played couple of duels with it but don't know what to do with it now. What should I throw out of it? What should I put in? Just have in mind that I don't have a A LOT to spend... I can spend like 50 dollars but it's the highest I can spend on it now. Thank You for the help! (And sorry for my english)
