Deck Help forum

I know I just posted another help topic, but bear with me. This time, I would like to try to make an actual competitive deck. Only thing is, I'm not sure how I can go about doing that. What I have here in deck:march-of-the-penguins is what I could come up with, but I'm fairly positive it won't be winning any competitive games. Can anyone help a competitive noob?
