B/R Control - Needs Polished

Made a black/red control deck - controlled rage. It needs a little bit of some advice from you seasoned players to polish it up a bit so I can play in FNM tournies.

Only thing I am worried about with this deck is getting outpaced. If I can just gain a little more control in the early turns, I think I can make it once it hits late game.

Any help/advice is appreciated. Cheers!
