B/R discard deck help for modern tournament?

I just got looped into joining a modern tournament tomorrow, so I figure I should polish up the deck I decided on using. The deck is black/red and is focused on forcing discards and being fairly aggressive attack-wise. I've already played it before, and found it's not super amazing or super terrible. I'm looking for any feedback and suggestions to make it better, although I am on a budget (D:). Also, I've never played in a tournament before (other than prerelease stuff), so suggestions on what to include in the sideboard would be especially helpful. Here's the deck:

"If it discards, we can kill it."

I already think I should include some sort of destroy removal, as well as more dual lands (lands probably won't happen because of budget concerns). Any other feedback would be great.
