B/R discard help needed

Here's my deck:
not quite mono black
My main problem when running this deck is that, later in the game, my hand gets clogged up with discard spells that I can't use because my opponent is in top deck mode and never has any cards in hand when my turn comes. I was wondering if anyone knew any ways of utilising my hand full of useless cards in the late game, such as something that requires me to discard cards to achieve an effect, or anything else that could put my otherwise useless cards to good use.
Also, this is less important, but if anyone can come up with a better name for my deck it would be much appreciated. The current one isn't very good.

You could include some Pack Rat into your deck and then name it The Rack Rat.
