Your list looks very similar to mine, something I could suggest is removing the Rakdos Shred-Freak or the Rakdos Cackler and putting in Blood Artist . It can make blocking situations very difficult for your opponent, and also be a way to reduce your opponents life further when sacrificing your Gravecrawler . One more great card is Tragic Slip , it is cheap and easy to pop the morbid trigger with Falkenrath Aristocrat .
