B/R Vampire Help

This deck just went 2 and 2 at local fnm last night. Just looking for some general advice. I'm already considering Vampire Interloper in place of Bloodcrazed Neonate and im looking for cards to take out for Exsanguinate and card:Praetor's Grasp.
