Budge deck help

Ok i have looked at almost all the decks here and most cost between 200 and 1,000 thats just not possiblei was woundering if i could get any help in making at deck on budget or if there are any good dragon decks for a good budget, and good demon/angel decks for a good budget
I just assumed standard. If its no format in particular, making a cheap deck is really easy

What format is really crucial here. Building standard is likely going to be more expensive than building something to play casually with your friends. I build most of my decks budget, like $20 - $50, depending on how many of the expensive cards I already own.

Yes it is going to be a standard. i would just like to get some type of good dragon deck and good demon and angel Deck. right now due to college and saving money to move i can only put down a budge of around 200 tops per deck would like to keep it below 200 of course so i can save more money

Well, here's the secret to easily building a budget deck: build mono-colored.
Why?
- Less options to chose from, so they can't ALL be expensive. However, they usually have synergy with each other.
- No multicolored land required, which usually is a big problem for budget builders.
- People won't suggest any of the ridiculously expensive cards like Geist of Saint Traft . However, keep in mind that Thragtusk , Restoration Angel , Sublime Archangel , Gravecrawler , card:Geralf's Messenger, and Bonfire of the Damned are all monocolored, but not exactly cheap cards.

well i want a pure dragon deck maybe a dragon burn deck or something
and a Angel/demon mix deck
for the angel and demon deck this is what i have now Angels and Demons
but i still need to work on it

i am thinking for dragons i would like a deck with a good amount of dragons not just 4 as i notice most dragon decks on here only have 1 or 2 dragons or 4 nothing more witch kinda makes me sad..also thinking of using one of the plains walkers for it i know there is one that lets you put 2 or 3 3-3 dragons in play or something

Dragon Burn? Then I still suggest Dragon Control. It pretty much uses burn cards to control the field. There aren't really any planeswalkers that have anything to do with dragons atm. Except Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker , which IS a dragon. Which we are still talking standard here, right?

with him you can put 5 4/4 red dragons into play

All of my decks are 200- but I usually keep them private. And are you talking competitive? Because demon/angel decks aren't that competitive. And Dragons aren't that competitive either, but I have noticed that a dragon deck has made top 4 at a states. This is a little bit how dragon control looks, but I don't really get the concept, so I don't know Dragon Control. But a good budget deck right now is Red Deck Wins, Mono Red Aggro is my RDW deck. There are other budget decks, just gotta look around.
