Budget 12-post (legacy)

So I'm starting to play around with legacy a little bit, and for now I want to play it safe and stay budget.

I decided to go 12-post, because I really like UrzaTron in modern but I wish it was more consistent. 12-post seems to have what UrzaTron lacks.

So far the deck is reasonably fast and consistent for a budget legacy deck, but I think it could be much better.

The deck tends to win by casting Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on turn 4 or 5, but far too often as late as turn 6. I am hoping to speed up that process. I really want to make this deck the best it can be before I bite the bullet and buy it.

So, any suggestions? Anybody have any experience playing a deck like this?

For those who don't know, 12-post means 4 Cloudpost , 4 Glimmerpost , and 4 Vesuva .

Crazy Colorless Eldrazi Mana Ramp Might give you some ideas.
