budget edh?

I am looking for ideas for a aggro edh deck that is within the budget of about 30 bucks and easily tradible cards. Any suggestions? I wanted to go goblin, but i traded my unused goblin cards for some phantasmal images recently

does ageneral with equipment add general damage, or does the equipment do normal damage?

whatever combat damage comes from the general is general damage. If he's pumped with a spell such as Giant Growth or an equipment such as card:Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho, that alters the creature's power, and he does that much more damage.

you could do red aggro fairly easily with say Heartless Hidetsugu as general. or white weenies with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite , Eight-and-a-Half-Tails , or Odric, Master Tactician or even Isamaru, Hound of Konda as general.
