Budget Elves

I'm trying to create a simple, yet effective Elves deck on a budget. I have it here: Budget Elves.

Imperious Perfect , Elvish Champion , and Joraga Warcaller are all multiple-dollar cards, but I just don't think I can make an Elves deck of any value without them.

Question 1: Do I have a good balance of ramp, card draw, and +1/+1 elves?

Question 2: Is 4 copies of Ezuri, Renegade Leader too many?

Question 3: Any way to lower the cost without making the deck not worth playing?

I decided to swap out two Ezuri, Renegade Leader cards for two Elvish Champion cards. Still looking for answers to questions 1 and 3.

Drove of Elves ? I never get why most people seem to miss that card 4cmc hexproof with power that grows equal to the amount of green permanents you have. :3

The thing about Drove of Elves is that, if I wanted to maintain a similar mana curve, I'd have to get rid of one of my CMC 3 cards, and all of those provide +1/1 (excluding Ezuri, Renegade Leader , who is my primary win condition.) Maybe two Drove of Elves would be better than two Elvish Champion , though? It'd cost fewer dollars, so that's actually sounding better and better...
