Budget Obzedat EDH, help?

I made a list for a budget Obzedat, Ghost Council deck. It average $20, not including basic lands and Obzedat itself. I'm liking how it looks right now, but I want to make it a little better so that I can possibly play it at my local EDH tournament tomorrow. It's basically drain and gain, working with Obzedat as the main drainer.

Here is the list:

Obviously a win con is Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood , but my LGS doesn't like infinite combos. So that'll be out tomorrow. What are other ways I can maximize the success of this deck, while keeping the budget around $20?

Make any suggestions, as I do have access to more than just budget options. But I will note if I don't have the card. Lol.
