Budget Orzhov deck help.

Hey all,

I built this deck Orzhov Extortionists using cards I had lying around, and built it mainly to learn to play with the extort mechanic. I am a newer player, and I am sure it needs a lot of work, but am hoping to keep it in the budget price range. I don't mind spending $20 or so to fix it, but I would like to keep it fairly affordable, because when I am done playing with it, I plan on giving it to a kid at my local shop who has to keep borrowing decks from people. Thanks in advance for any advice you have!
