Budgeting for Taxes

I have a couple of questions for my latest build deck: budgeting-for-taxes. Its a casual/legacy deck.
should a splash a color? Maybe blue for Mana Leak and Brainstorm ? or maybe red for Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion ?
Mirran Crusader or Flickerwisp ? Good to know here is that my friend runs a deck pretty much built around Ensnaring Bridge , and flickerwisp lets me bypass that for one turn. I have no answer to the bridge. But thats just one deck in my meta.
Any suggestions are appreciated :) Thanks

gufymike: with Mother of Runes and Spellskite (that could be flashed in with aether vial and activated directly for that surprise factor) im not really worried about spells that targets my permanents. Im more worried about board wipes and Dread Return for dredge. I just want to disable my opponent while i try to find an equipment to swing with.
Do you suggest flickerwisp over mirran crusader?

ok, so that ignore Rebuff the Wicked , but if you're worried about board wipes, go red and add the land and Boros Charm , as for dredge, Grafdigger's Cage is your friend.

Why go U for counters when W has Mana Tithe , Dawn Charm and Rebuff the Wicked and adding Flickerwisp , I suggest you do.
