I want to make a decent, jankie Black, Blue, Green control standard deck. Can anyone pitch a start for me?
Green in a control deck is kind of contradictory. Green is more about ramp, aggro and buffing your creatures so it doesnt fit all that well in a control drawn out game. Black, Blue, White is a different story altogether. I'd look at the current White, Blue lists then you can splash black at your leisure.

I like the green for Lay of the Land to get the proper land out, plus Vraska the Unseen for a secondary win con, and Plasm Capture for jank

4x Abrupt Decay 4x Far / Away 4x Thoughtseize 2x Gaze of Granite 2x Reap Intellect 4x Duskmantle Seer 2x Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver 3x Divination 2x Opportunity 4x Dissolve 2x AEtherling 4x Omenspeaker
Bunch of land, something like that

I played bug aggro with the seer andit was a really fun deck, but i think the options as far as control are some what rotating, having cheap undying creatures kept my mana free for counterspells (aggro control i guess)
Seer is a definite, then depending on the meta game in your area find the best counter spells to match such as 1 cost spells. essence scatter is great vs other aggro decks, and hero's demise will give you a kill card for opposing planeswalkers although its 1BB might be tougher on the mana base.
land wise 8 scry lands and 12 shocks are available for bug so finding the right colors shouldnt be hard at all, and keep in mind you have access to commune with the gods which lets you view top 5 and put a creature or enchantment into your hand, letting you find your god, or other things.
