Building a Dragon EDH Deck

Like the title suggests, I am currently trying to build a budget-friendly casual Commander deck centered around dragons. Yes, I am invoking my inner Timmy. I should probably tell you what I have so far:

First off, I have Intet, the Dreamer as my commander, meaning my deck will be in the RUG territory. Red is there for the dragons (duh), and also for burn and mana acceleration. Green is there for mana ramping and to help my dragons bash face. Blue is for card drawing and controlling the board so that I live long enough to cast my dragons and also to make sure my dragons aren't cut down by some cheap removal spell. In short, I hope to get my creatures out as fast as possible, bash face, and live long enough to accomplish the previous two goals.

For this thread, I hope to get assistance on how to go about finishing my deck. Any suggestions on what cards to include to help me accomplish my goals will be very much appreciated.

Like previously stated, this deck is budget friendly, so I probably won't chase after cards greater than 7 USD in value (With the possible exception of Thundermaw Hellkite )
