Building a Modern deck could use some help!

So I have the following cards in my card box that are not in decks and would like to build a deck around them. I currently play a black/blue denial, RUG pinger, 5 color Sliver.

I would like to stick to red/black if possible I really think this could be a sweet deck with the cards listed below.

I started a build and put in cards that I think would complement but would love some advice.

The idea for this deck is that I have in my collection:

2x Mutavault

2x Chandra, the Firebrand

2x Olivia Voldaren

1x Liliana of the Veil

1x Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

1x Rakdos, Lord of Riots

I want to build the deck around these cards.

You're going to want targeted hand destruction like Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek . Otherwise combo and control decks will tear you apart.

I was thinking that cause the average mana cost was really high in its current state.

Hand destruction would be a great asset.

just add 4 swamps and a grave titan and you're set

I have tweaked the deck plan a bunch more if anyone has anymore input into it.
