I am not a very good R/U player. I know I need alot of card draw, but what kind of build should I be throwing into the deck? I know I want curiousity in as well.

The Firemind + Curiosity = instant win by burn your opponent to death. If not, you now have like 40 extra cards.

Izzet Charm

Charmbreaker Devils

Sulfur Falls

Steam Vents

Quicksilver Dagger

Add Curiosity , Ophidian Eye , Tandem Lookout , Dizzy Spell , Drift of Phantasms , Gamble , Intuition , and Imperial Recruiter (the last two only if you have extra cash). That will give a nice combo shell to your deck to enable wins out of nowhere.

Sensei's Divining Top and Reliquary Tower are a good choice if you're making a deck drawing cards. That way you never have to ride your hand and you can keep building your deck.

Mind Unbound and Archmage Ascension are both useful as well. Archmage Ascension will make it so you draw any card you want. And Mind Unbound will slowly give you more and more cards, unfortunately if you don't kill them quickly, you can deck yourself out and lose.

Archmage Ascension does not let you "draw" any card. It replaces the draw and lets your search. While that is really good, its really slow to get going, and Niv likes you to draw.

Cards I would include with the others mentioned:
Brainstorm
Blue Sun's Zenith
Consecrated Sphinx
Jace's Archivist
Mystical Tutor

Don't forget the fun that is Teferi's Puzzle Box

Nobody said Nin, the Pain Artist yet? Huh. Amazing early game card draw, expecially with control changing effects.
