Burn Deck Help

Looking to make my first Standard deck for FNM. I've tried making decks in the past using a dual mana system that never seem to work. Looking for any advice to help me out. I'm looking to make this competitive enough not to get destroyed within 2 turns. Semi-limited to what ive got I'm opening a M12 Box soon so that should give me the cards i need. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/burnd-to-ash/Friends thoughts:would switch the balloon brigades for more chandra's phoenix's, the arsonist's for fire slinger's, the ringleader's for hero of oxid ridge's, and take out the volt charge and expidition for more furnice scamp's
