B&W Deck Advice Please

It's been about 10 years since I've played. I have a decent handle on the changes, but really need some advice/feedback on my deck, Vampire Token. The thought behind the deck was a Vamp based Token deck utilizing LIFELINK and featuring Sorin, Lord of Innistrad & Blood Baron of Vizkopa .
