B/W enchants help

I just threw this deck together before the weekend, but my friend did surprisingly well with it. I'm looking for ways to improve it. what to add and what to cut out. Do I need less creatures? or creatures with better effects?

I'm not a seasoned vet. of magic so I'm still learning. Any suggestions are greatly appriciated
