B/W Life Gain help

I could use some advice on my Life Gain deck, please.

I usually play the free Standard tournament during FNM because I can't compete with the people running tier1 decks. I think a life gain deck would be effective, unless I happen to come across somebody using Inkmoth Nexus , or they pull off the double Sorin combo. Luckily, both of those are rotating out soon.

I would like to keep the deck post-rotation, then substitute some relevant cards from RtR to help boost the deck a bit. Unfortunately, Orzhov isn't in this round, but hopefully there will be some mono-White and Black cards I can get some use out of.

Made a few changes that I think helps the deck. Added Thraben Sentry, Nearheath Pilgrim, and Bonds of Faith.
