Hold on a second, you can drive at 16? Or am I misinterpreting the title of this thread? Here in the UK, you have to be 17 to start having driving lessons.

@TitansFTW you can drive at 16 in the U.S. Some places let you drive at 15, but only with a learner's permit (more limited than a full permit).
