I mean come on, the deck is looking to be insane. with Invisible Stalker offering up some insane interactions with the cipher mechanic and Obzedat, Ghost Council offering possibly the best win con the deck could have, I don't see what could stop this deck from becoming a real threat.

for an idea, here is a rough idea of what im thinking of:

3x Geist of Saint Traft

2x Obzedat, Ghost Council

3x Dissipate

3x Syncopate

4x Snapcaster Mage

2x Ultimate Price

2x Supreme Verdict

1x card:Sphinx's Revelation

3x Lingering Souls

2x Detention Sphere

3x Think Twice

2x Cyclonic Rift

2x Liliana of the Veil

3x Azorius Charm

4x Hallowed Fountain

4x Godless Shrine

4x Watery Grave

2x Ghost Quarter

3x Glacial Fortress

2x Drowned Catacomb

3x Isolated Chapel

2x Island

1x Plains

Why only 3x Lingering Souls ? The card is too good to not be a 4-of. You could easily drop a Syncopate , it is really only good on the play when you don't have ramp.

We still have two charms to come in the colours. So yeah it's bound to get better.

Drop 1 island for 1 swamp :P. It sounds silly, but if you need that Obzedat turn5 and someone ghostquarters you, you are f****d

as I said, this is just a rough draft guys :p something that just came in to my head at about 1 in the morning after I saw the spoiler for Obzedat. I agree with what you guys are saying about the deck completely and If I actually do build the deck what you all mentioned will most certainly be taken into consideration.
