Can my first monored EDH compete?

Hey TappedOut faithful. I just threw together my first monored EDH brew, and I'd appreciate some eyes on it to let me know if it's viable or not in a casual-but-still-like-to-win environment.

The Forge God's Loyal Army

Things I'm looking for:
Do I have the right amount of lands?
Can I rely on (at least most of) my cards consistently?
Are there more efficient cards that do similar things?

All help is welcome and appreciated. Budget's not a huge issue, but I don't intend to break my wallet making this deck.
